 I feel that unless there is factualy evidence to the point that these products have caused injury or illness in more than 3% of it's users it should be deemed safe as long as guidelines are provided. If there are not such documented cases,then I feel it would be more beneficial to spend the tax payer's money on items that are causing huge health issues, such as insurance companies dictating to Doctor's as to the medication a paitient should use based on monetary amounts.
