 I believe that it is the right of the consumer to purchase what they please. Unless this product can prove to cause incorrectable damages to more than 25% of it's users, then it shouldn/t be brought up as a concern. But otherwise, a fair warning should be posted in Red, within the products packaging, informing the customer the probable damage and maybe even consider a FDA signature for it's purchase. I have to sign a machine when I buy, Mucinex DM for my seasonal allergies, why not for this also.
