| To Whom it May Concern with the F.D.A.
Please consider keeping skin bleaching drug products for over the counter human use. I have had problems for years with my skin and have used Obagi products containing the skin bleaching ingredient. I have had nothing but success. This is very important to me...PLEASE don't take it away. The tests on rats were not administered topically but injected...quite a difference.
