 To Whom It May Concern:



I am writing to urge the FDA to keep hydroquinone on the market.  I am 44 years old and have been using this product for several years to keep the pigmentation spots on my face from getting worse.  I have attempted to stop using hydroquinone several times to find out that the spots come back.  I would not know what to do without this product.  I am in the sales industry and my appearance is very important to me.  I strongly urge you to keep hydroquinone available to those of use who truly need it.
