 Are physicians able to sell a product which contains 4% hydroquinone without a pharmacist?  Our plastic surgeon sells Obagi products to her pts and received the notice from Obagi about the Federal proposal to limit physicians from dispensing the product vs. a pharmacy. Any assistance in answering this question is greatly appreciated!
