| Removing skin bleaching products from the OTC market will greatly effect people such as myself. For medical reasons I need to be on oral contraceptives which casuse considerable darkening of my face. Without these bleaching products my face would look horrendously patchy and ununiformly dark. I don't know what I would do without hydroquinone. Please do not remove it as an available medical product. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
