 Please do NOT remove over the counter skin bleaching drug products from human use! These products have helped me and other greatly in having confidence in our appearance by reducing spots on the surface of the skin. There are no indications that TOPICAL use of these products has any adverse effects on humans or rats. I understand your function is to protect citizens from dangerous substances, but we need  no protection from these products. Removing skin bleaching products from over the counter human use would only force Americans to purchase the products either illegally or out of the country. Again, do not ban use of topical over the counter skin bleaching products for Human use.
