 To Whom it May Concern:  I have used hydroquinone two times each day to reduce the amount of hyperpigmentation on my face and neck.for seven years.  This treatment has reduced the hyperpigmentation on my face without ever causing any further damage to my skin.  The product I use is Obagi Clear.  Please do not remove this product from the market or alter it in any way to reduce the amount of  hydroquinone in Clear.
