 I urge you to not remove products containing hydroquinone from the OTC market. I eat organically, use natural medicines, but, have been using OTC products for 20 years with hydroquinone on my skin and never have had a problem or reaction. I would be devastated if I were not able to obtain these products. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and there is nothing else that works. I know so many people who use these types of products and I am sure there are huge numbers nationwide that do as well.
