 I believe that the Skin Bleaching Drug Product should be available to the public as an OTC compound. It is produced to excellent standards and is of great help to the public as a cosmetic product.I have been using this product, as have 2 of my daughters for a number of years to the benefit of our skin,which was sun damaged,without any harm or ill effect.
