 This is in regards to RIN#0910-AF53,rule 47FR 39108, docket# 1978N - 0065.  I've been using the Obaji products which contain hydroquinone for over two years, and it's been very helpful in reducing the very dark sun spots that I had without any side effects.  This product has been the most successful in treating and evening the color tone of my face and neck. Many of my friends who have had the same problems, have found great success without any negative consequences.  Please keep the product on the market.  More research will increase the cost of the product, and will come up with the same result of no real negative results.  If it wasn't effective, and if it wasn't helpful, you would have heard the complaints, and the product would not have been as good a seller as it is.  Therefore, please continue to approve the product, hydroquinone, and thereby, keeping obaji on the market.  Thank you for your consideration.
