| Please continue to make hydroquinone and other FDA approved skin-bleaching agents available for consumer use. Under the supervison of a physician I have utilized products like this with great success and no "down side". Unless this agency has known major deleterious effects to have occured in humans utilizing these drug(s) topically or otherwise as recommended, there should be no reason for further review for revision of the current rule. Kindly continue to allow United States consumers the choices they deserve in obtaining pharmaceutical products, either over the counter or prescribed. Thank you!
