In a time when women are trying harder than ever to meet the current standards of beauty and fit in with others, it seems inhumane to deny access to products that can help even out skin discolorations. I implore you to consider the mental implications of denying access to a product that can and has been used successfully to help individuals feel better about their own appearance. If necessary, put a black box warning on hydroquinone products or have them behind the pharmacy counter so that pharmacists can educate consumers at the time of purchase.
