 As someone who has suffered from melasma for the last two years I was very concerned to hear of this proposed rule change.  Prescriptiopn medication was SO extremely expensive that I have opted for over the counter medication.  I have a good paying job with health insurance... I can't imagine someone who suffers from this that doesn't have those things trying to afford the prescription strength medication.  PLEASE keep this accessable to all of us.
