 I have used products containing hydroquinone for years, both OTC and RX.  They have helped with several issues with no side effects other than me feeling better that was able to remove a spot I could not STAND seeing.  Don't remove this product from public use without clear proof that it harms more than most that use it because I have never heard of one of my friends having an issue with a product containing hydroquinone either.
