Subject: Regarding Mercury Fillings

The Food and Drug Administration is supposed to protect the American citizen.  I respectfully request you make sure this is done.

Citizens need to know the truth about mercury fillings.  The body burden of constantly leaking mercury fillings is truly a crime to all of mankind.  Stop the poisoning of pregnant women, their born and unborn children by forbidding dentists from implanting this insidious poison in the trusting populace.

When prudent science shows something that has been used in the past and causes harm, the hazard or poison must be recognized and banned from use, i.e. asbestos.

Dentists are not scientists nor toxicologist.  Dentists have no right to mislead the public and make and set policy.  Follow true science.

I was a mercury poisoned 40 year old woman when I learned that the "silver fillings" in my mouth were 50% mercury!  My opinion of the FDA changed at that time to one of dismay. Here the government body that was formed to protect the US citizen really is protecting harmful corporations instead!  

It has taken me years working to get my health back.  Start changing this inequity by banning mercury fillings.  Call a spade a spade....let the population know "silver fillings" are hazardous mercury.  There is NO reason to allow mercury filling use anymore.  There have been safe filling materials available for years.
