| Your recommendation to viral vaccine manufacturers include specifications for the use of human substrates which are derived from destroyed embryos and aborted fetuses. Serious ethical dilemma is forced upon people of conscience. Using destroyed human embryos has a moral significance which outweighs any utilitarian consideration. Destruction of living human being and reduction of human embryo to raw material is of the gravest of bioethical concerns. The use of fetal material derived from abortions is an offensive misuse of human remains. Government must maintain respect towards human life and not consider them as disposable raw materials.
I urge revision of the Guidance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
