     I am writing to object strenuously to any sponsored program's proposal to use aborted fetal stem cells for research or for the development of vaccines.  As thoughtful and morally conscious Americans, we cannot allow the use of human beings in any form to be used for experimentation or as "spare parts" in medical procedures.
