 Please do not allow future vaccines to be developed from cell lines that are taken from aborted fetuses. Other sources of cell lines are good alternatives and can be used without creating ethical objections and moral outrage. Since life begins at conception, utmost respect for fetal lives must be given. Since people are unable to speak for themselves at this stage of their life, we MUST speak for them and protect their interests. Their lives are valuable, not just as a commodity to be used for whatever whim that society or business deems to be a necessity at the moment, but in and of themselves.
