 Since all of us have been an embryo, it is obvious that the destroying of one would prevent, as it would have prevented us, from living. 

With this truth accepted, options in research would still continue to result in great medical discoveries without the feeling that one has crossed a line that they know is not approved of by God. That's really the question:
