As a citizen concerned with both moral values and the health of my family, I request government intervention to ensure the creation of vaccines from non-objectionable sources.  Why should you risk endangering the population as a whole by producing vaccines that a large number of people will refuse out of moral concerns?  I think it is important for you to know that I will promote companies and products that do not use aborted fetal cell lines; moreover, I will boycott those that do. I intend also to contact as many of my family and friends as possible and urge them to do the same.  It is in the best interests of our country to provide ethical vaccines that all Americans may use in good conscience!  It is in poor taste to provide only one option in which honest people must choose their faith above their health, especially when alternatives are within your grasp to provide.  There ARE ethical alternatives to aborted fetal material, please use them or we WILL refuse them.
