| RE: FDA DOCKET NUMBER: 2006D-0383
Guidance to Industry for Development of Cell-Based Viral Vaccines Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am writing to voice my concern over the current and potential future use of cell lines derived from aborted fetuses. This is an absolute outrage and I will not tolerate the pharmaceutical companies abuse of the human race to further their agenda in the name of "protecting the population". I respectfully write to you today to let you know that I vehemently oppose the use of these cell lines in order to protect us. There are many alternative cell lines that can be used in place of these, and I believe that we should use them, so that all peoples with moral convictions will use them and not pose a threat to the rest of the population by NOT immunizing their children. As a mother of five children, I have not immunized my last child against the Rubella virus specifically for the above referenced reason. So, as you can see, people will NOT vaccinate, if it interferes with our religious beliefs. In the best interest of ALL people, I urge you to oppose the use of ALL cell lines derived from aborted fetuses, so that, together, we can morally eradicate all viruses from ALL nations. Respectfully yours, Dianna M DeBarberie West Chester, PA CC: Secretary Michael O. Leavitt The U S Dept of Health and Human Services Julie L.
