GENERAL
Propofol is one of the most commonly used drugs to render general anesthesia. This drug has a very high risk of causing apnea. I feel strongly that this drug in the hands of care providers other than Anesthesia providers could cause great harm including death. As a CRNA I have been using this drug for over ten years. I strongly urge you to keep the warning label as noted. Without this label health care facilities will try to "cut costs" and inadequately trained providers could put the general public at great risk.
