| Advertising to the consumer, a product that can't even be purchased by that consumer without the guidance of a medical professional educated fully in that product, is a blatant attempt to take advantage of the ignorance of the majority to create a demand for the purpose of profit. When that product is advertised to solve a problem that isn't even scientifically proven to exist, it steps into the league of criminal activity.
The ONLY difference between the drug dealer on the street corner telling an 8 year old how this pill will solve all his problems is the drug companies are doing it legally.
