GENERAL
Based on the scientific and medical evidence presented to the FDA, your reasons for not allowing the sale of emergency contraception can only be interpreted as personal, political and religious. The FDA can no longer be trusted to make decisions about drugs if they are going to consider anything other than science and medicine when making decisions. The evidence has been presented about emergency contraception, so therefore it should be available at all times to anyone who needs it. The FDA's unwillingness to release this drug and consider public opinion is an unbelievable display of discrimination. This discrimination will not be tolerated and I plan to seek legal action against the FDA based on their discrimination of me and every other woman in this country.
