| Science should not overlook the social impact of this particular drug. It has been documented to have a negative impact on the health of minors when it is freely available and, therefore, constitutes a health risk far greater than any percieved value to society.
The so-called 'morning after' pill should not be available to anyone who is underage (under 18) without (1) the consent of their parents, and (2) a perscription.
It should never be sold over the counter, under any circumstances.
