GENERAL
I graduated in pharmacy from the Univ. of Minnesota in 1956. I am now a retired Pharmaceutical Manufacturing exec. I am not so old that I cannot still remember as a child sneaking behind the garage for a cigarette which at that time were limited to sale to adults only, yet cigarettes were easily available to all kids. I believe that if you make plan B available OTC to over 16 years of age, the product will be available to everyone of any age. As a result, sexual activity will increase amoung the younger people since there is such an easy solution to the pregnancy problem. This in turn will increase STD's. I believe making the product available OTC for any age is a bad idea and should not be done at all!!!!!!! It is time that someone has the courage to step up and put a stop to the promotion of sexual activity amoung the young peopls. I hope the FDA has that courage. Thank you, Ted Rowell
