A. Should FDA initiate a rulemaking to codify its interpretation of section 503(b) of the action regarding when an active ingredient can be simultaneously marketed in both prescription drug product and an OTC drug product?
This drug does not reduce abortions....quite the opposite. Because of birth control, in pill or other form, the mentality of so many people is that abortion is ok. Abortion is not a form of birth control. The morning after is nothing more than a glorified abortion. This drug should be taken off the market all together. If it is allowed to be sold over the counter you will see an increase in the AIDS epidemic. Again, there is a mentality in our society that all long as you don't get pregnant then sex is ok. That's morally wrong.
