| I'd like to know why there have been so many delays in making over-the-counter (OTC), non-prescription status for emergency contraception (EC). Many years ago, contraception pills were unavailable to me as a single woman. Now my 34-year old daughter has only either messy means or unsafe means of birth control available to her. I want Plan B passed as a non-presciption OTC emergency contraception for her to be used in case of unintended sex or worse, in case of rape. At this point, amazingly, she is still a virgin. Please make the vote to implement this rule and take action NOW!
