| I am writing to urge approval of making Plan B, Emergency Contraception, available over the counter. If there are concerns about limiting the age of the consumer, these concerns can be met. Currently, substances such as tobacco, alcohol, etc. are sold over the counter with proof of age shown. The same can be done for emergency contraception without any extra rules or regulations. Emergency contraception should be easily obtainable for women in need of same.
