I have been diagnosed with Celiac Sprue and need to know if the food I buy is gluten free, which means there is no wheat, barley rye or oats in the product. Some food labels are not specific such as food starch which could contain wheat and some labels are in such small print making it hard to read. I tend to buy a lot of products labeled gluten free such as cereals, soups, salad dressings and baked goods.
