1 GLUTEN FREE SHOULD MEAN THAT THE FOOD IN ITS PACKAGE SHOULD BE 100% GLUTEN FREE.WHY-SO THAT THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE CELIAC SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT GETING SICK.2 BUY READING LABELS & CALLING MANUFACTORS.A LOT OF TIME SPENT CALLING MANUFACTORS.3 ABOUT 50% OF FOOD NOT MARKED GLUTEN FREE. THE ONLY PRODUCTS MARKED ARE THE ONES WE PURCHASED FROM GLUTEN FREE MANUFACTORS. 4 YES BECAUS I FEEL VERY SAFE THAT MY DAUGTHER WILL NOT GET SICK 5 NO I BELEAVE GLUTEN FREE SHOULD BE 100% FREE OF GLUTENS.
