I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Although this is known as a food allergy please believe when I say this is a very serious auto immune disease. I am a 26 year old woman who has been fitting the effect of this disesae for many years. After going through many doctors blood and biopsy test I finally found the answer to my declining health problems. The cure to my disease isn't as simple as stay away from pasta and bread,it involves a close scuitinzing of everything that come near my mouth. From toothpaste to frying oil, I check that their are no traces of Gluten in any food or products I may use. The sad thing about this disease is that I am only part of the 3% of people who KNOW I HAVE this disease! Their are many more people out their who will be diagnosed as awareness and technology prevails. Please be our hero by making it easier for us to take care of our bodies by labeling all products correctly that contain gluten or not. Our lives and health are at stake!
