GENERAL
GLUTEN FREE SHOULD BE ON EVERY LABEL. PRODUCTS OFTEN CHANGE AND ONE PRODUCT MAY BE GLUTEN FREE ONE WEEK AND THE NEXT WEEK IT COULD CHANGE. THIS MAKES SHOPPING VERY TIME CONSUMING. I HAVE HAD CELIAC FOR 16 YEARS AND I STILL HAVE TROUBLE IDENTIFYING THE HIDDEN GLUTENS. PRODUCTS OFTEN DO NOT LIST FLOUR AS AN INGREDIENT IF IT IS ONLY A LIGHT DUSTING(PEANUTS). THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF GLUTEN DOES DAMAGE TO THE SMALL INTESTINES. WHEN I SEE A PRODUCT LABELED GLUTEN FREE I WILL MOST LIKELY TRY IT. I FEEL SAFE KNOWING THE GUESS WORK WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY HANDS.
