| 1. Gluten Free should mean gluten free! Why, to prevent sickness.
2. I have to read the label and consider food starch and other additives that may have gluten. It can add 15 minutes to grocery shopping.
3. Less than 1% are marked gluten free. A few cerials, flours and breads are marked gluten free.
4. Gluten Free labeling does influence my purchases. Always. It is a safe guard.
