| Gluten free should mean that the food is safe for those with gluten allergy.Even trace amounts can make my daughter sick.
I have to read, read, read labels (small print) all the time. Most foods are not clearly marked,
Only expensive health food store products clearly mark their foods. Most manufacturers do not give the
gluten free status on their products.
I only buy products that are for sure gluten free, clearly marked (BIG BOLD RED LETTERS)People with gluten allergies are so limited as to what they can eat, please open up products to them that they can be sure are safe and won't make them sick.
