| Please ensure that all labeling is carefully packaged on all packages containing any gluten. It is imperative that Celiac Sprue Patients receive the information needed to keep them healthy. Unfortunately, so many ingredients are comprised of gluten that is not listed under ingredients so that the average consumer can understand its meaning. I would like my family to be able to live a "normal" life and shop in some sort of a timely fashion. Just imagine going to the supermarket and having to read every single item that you pick up in your hands. Use this as an experiment one day when you have a couple of hours to spare, because that is how long the average Celiac patient takes to shop because of current labeling.
Thank you, in advance, for your time and attention to this matter. Imagine the difference a few letters of the alphabet can make to a small child or older person who just wants to be well...........
