My daughter was diagnosed in January 2005 with Celiac Disease and I think it is so important that food labels be specific and clear. I have seen some companies indicate on there ingredients 'this is a gluten free product.' If all companies would be that specific, no one would have any questions and there would not be any doubt about cross contamination. THere are so many people with allergies now that it needs to be mandated and more specific.
