| I believe it is very important to start having gluten-free labels on food. Although we ,having celiac disease, know very well that we cannot eat the main grains, but there are so many foods out there that might not obviously have gluten but might contain ingredients that contain gluten but will not be clearly marked as such. Therefore we never truly know if what we are eating is truly gluten-free.
If there will be a gluten-free label on products, the nthe maker of the product will have to make sure that even the ngrdients that THEY use will not have gluten. Thus we can be rest-assured that we are eating is gluten-free.
