| I am a 36 year old mother of 3 and I was diagnosed with celiac diease 10 years ago. My father who is 57 was diagnosed this year. Staying away from food products with wheat ingrediants, has become much easier since alot of the manufacturers have recognized this is a condition that affects millions of Americans.
Still there are many companys that do not label ingredients accurately such as "modified food starch" which can be derived from corn, rice or tapioca and would be considered a Safe Food. But if it were derived from Wheat it would be dangerous. Please help the millions of us that suffer from this disease by asking these manufacturers to simply label accurately and list wheat as an ingredient. Life would be so much easier for all of us.
Thank-you, Carla Roper
