| 1. It should mean zero gluten. The reason being if I eat food with gluten I will have a re-action.
2. I have to review the label and call the manufacturer. This takes some time to do. Also, you have to wait until the manufacturer is open for business and you may need to know if the product is gluten free at that moment.

4. If the product is marked gluten free I would pick that product and would feel safe.
5. I would prefer to know that a product is totally gluten free, but if I knew a product had x amount, it would be helpful.
