| 1) - What should "Gluten Free" Mean on Food Labels..?
A- Product contains "NO, Wheat, Rye, Barley or Oats Grains" All the ingredients MUST be specifically identified, i.e. Food Coloring, carmel coloring,etc.on the LAbels.
2) - How do you identify foods that do not contain gluten? And time spent?
A - Must read Ingredient Label for EVERY Food Item purchased..Has Increased shopping time 100-150% of normal...
3) - What percentage of foods and which type purchased are marked "gluten free"?
A - Hand Full....Certain Cereals by Health conscious companies. i.e. Barbara's, Natures Path, Bionaturae (Pasta), Schar' (Pasta made in Italy) Bob Red Mill mixes.
4) - Does "Gluten-Free" printed on a product label influence your decision to purchase products having the same ingredients? To what extent?
A - Yes ... 100%
