| I strongly disagree with the proposal to allow a limit of 200 PPM gluten for products that have been rendered "gluten free" in accordance with the Codex Alimentarus) UNLESS the 200 PPM limit is clearly disclosed on the packaging of any products to which this level applies. As a celiac, my biological reaction to small amounts of gluten does not differentiate whether an ingredient is "naturally gluten free" or manufactured to a "gluten free level".
