Ihave Celiac Sprue and I always need to know what is in any food that I ingest. There is no quibbling about the need to KNOW. It would make my life much easier if I didn';t have to call companies to find out what was gluten free or not. If all foods are already labeled, we would know and the companies would not have to deal with the volumn of calls from people who must know what is included in their products. What's the problem?
