This in regards to Food Allergen Landing and Comsumer Protection Act:

My dearest friend has had celiac sprue for the last 8 years. The importance of labeling all processed gluten-free food would be a great help in fixing meals not only at her house but at mine. Entertaining for a person with celiac is a stressful event. As she visits, I worry about what is safe for her to eat. She has studied many labels and brands and knows what she is able to eat..then the manufactor will chage their processing and a food that had been safe for years is now "not".

If gluten-free was printed on the label it would help me decide if that is a purchase I want to make. Too many people have no idea what has gluten.

To help the quality of life for these patients it is necessary. Please make this change to the labels.
