GENERAL
GENERAL
A gluten free food label would eliminate 4 hours per week spent reading labels and identifying the foods my daughter can eat to ensure her health. In addition, even though we question every label or chef in a restaurant we worry that some food may contain gluten but it is not evident in the label. As a result of my daughters' gluten intolerance the entire family have turned to a gluten free diet. At least 90% of the food we purchase is gluten free. Food labels identifying gluten free or small trace gluten would influence my purchase decisions. My daughter's health and safety is the main goal when purchasing food.
