2. Read the labels more often then not you have to call the company. A great deal of time is spent on the phone with company
3.very little 10% some cereal and pasta most at specialty stores
4. Very much so label need to say product contain NO gulten,clarify modified food starch. 100% extent it means it SAFE I don't have to worry and I don't waste time and money calling and worry.
