1)Gluten Free should mean free of gluten from wheat, rye, barley and oats and any of their derivities or contamination thereof. Why? Because all of these are dangerous to the health of a celiac.
2)I read labels on all foods that I buy which do not state Gluten Free. It takes about 30-40 seconds to read a label.
3) 1% or less are marked gluten free.
4)Gluten Free on a label definitely influences my decision to purchase that product by 100%.
