GENERAL
GENERAL
I am extemely allergic to Gluten, a substance that most people don't know what it if. I takes me two hours to purchase product to eat, because we must read all label and interpret if they contain gluten. Words like artificial flavor, caramel color, natural flavor, do not specify their content and we must call the manufacturer befor we buy them.(another trip to the store). Items like MSG if make in the USA are gluten free, but if importe from Asia they have gluten.
When going to restaurants, the waiters and cooks don't have a clue what gluten means, and many time I have to walk out without eating. This is a brief sample of what kind life we have to endure. That is why would be extemely helpful if the FDA will request manufacturers to just say "Gluten Free" on their products, and the same will apply to Drugs, Brands and Generics.

Thank for your consideration.
