| Dear FDA:
I encourage you to adopt a regulation on the use of "gluten-free" on product labels. I also would support the addition of gluten to the list of 8 or so allergens now required to be identified on labels. Gluten intolerance, at whatever level, is a serious, life-long condition. By identifying gluten-free products, you would be easing some of the "pain" from dealing with this condition.
